Car rental information and car rental companies

Taxis
It is easy to find a taxi in the city or in a town during the day. You will find them on the street or through a travel agency. As everywhere a taxi is convenient but not cheap.

Service taxis
Pafos, Limassol, Larnaka, Ayia Napa, Nicosia and Polis are cities/towns where you find the socalled service taxis. Usually you leave and arrive at the taxi office, the car is a mini bus and you share it with other passengers. It costs approximately 10 pounds to travel from Polis to Ayia Napa, to give an example.

Motorbikes/bicycles
There are not yet many facilities for bicycles although a start is made at various locations (Polis, Limassol). Most car rental companies also have motor bikes and bicycles for rent.
