Cyprus Holiday Villas
Villa holidays in Cyprus become more popular than ever. The charm of renting a villa for your holiday stay in Cyprus is that you enjoy complete privacy and beautiful mountain or sea views. Most villas have a private swimming pool - some even heated - , a private parking, luxury furniture and completely equipped kitchens.
For a week or more you can imagine yourself living the good life in Cyprus surrounded by wonderful sunny weather and all the comfort you may require.
There are villas for rent with 2 bedrooms (sleeps 4) up to 4 bedrooms (sleeps 8). On average a 3 bedroom villa for rent (sleeps 6) in Cyprus costs around € 100 per day in low season and € 175 and up in high season (mainly July and August, and sometimes Christmas).

Most villas can be found in the Pafos district, especially in Polis and the surrounding villages. All Villas are privately owned which ensures a personal approach and a hospitable welcome from your temporary landlord.
Making reservations in advance is highly recommended because the villas have many returning guests who book for their next stay upon leaving.
Most villas have air-conditioning. Some villa owners charge extra for using the aircon. Many villas also are equipped with central heating which allows for winter holidays. Even though it's sunny in Cyprus the whole year round, winter evenings can be cold especially in the mountain areas.
If you decide to rent a villa for your holiday in Cyprus, you will need to arrange your flight and local transportation yourself. Cyprus Airways has regular flights from all European capitals to Cyprus and your local travel agent may be able to find you a charter flight. Arrange your car rental in your own country or upon arrival. See our Cyprus car rental page for agents and information on driving in Cyprus.
