The village of Argaka and Pomos are just a few minutes drive away. Both villages have supermarkets and a couple of tavernas. Polis town, which offers a wide range of restaurants and bars, shops and other amenities and the beach are within 10 minutes drive. | The villa has a fire place in the living area and air-conditioning and heating units to all other rooms. The bedrooms are all tastefully furnished, 1 of them full en-suite and two twin bedrooms all with their own bathroom. |

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and washing machine. On the second floor there is a second small kitchen with 2 electric hobs, washbasin and small fridge. |
| Outside the villa has a well maintained garden and terrace from where you have direct views of the sea and surrounding countryside. The swimming pool is 9m x 4.5m with walk-in steps. There is a gas barbecue, private parking, table and chairs and sun beds and umbrellas. |
